Nicole Borneman
MFT Practicum Provider
Nicole (she/her) views therapy as sacred work and is dedicated to creating a calm, welcoming environment where clients can engage in thoughtful reflection. She values honesty and compassion, and collaborates with clients to uncover their unique needs and goals. Mindful of how lived experiences influence the past, present, and future, Nicole enjoys working with adults, couples, families, and adolescents aged 16 and older.
Nicole is committed to a variety of approaches, including sex-positive and gender-affirming care for individuals of all identities, ensuring a safe space for those historically and systemically marginalized. She is also interested in somatic practices, attachment work, and assisting romantic partners in enhancing relational dynamics and communication.
Nicole sees romantic partners, families, adolescents and adults individual clients.
Inspired by the mind-body connection, Nicole is Phase 1 certified in Brainspotting. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Nicole practices under the supervision of Nicole Carreon, MA, LMFT, and Kelly Heagle, MA, RPT, LMFT
Nicole is available Monday through Wednesday and is happy to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Nicole accepts most major insurances and offers a sliding fee scale on a case by case basis.
